Greetings. I have been coasting along learning to play level 7 Blues for Paul Delay. I have been making good progress. Suddenly I am sounding out of tune with the jam track. I have recorded myself playing the song from the track previously and I play along with that recording and it sounds fine. But when I try playing along the jam track of late something isnt quite right. any suggestions. I am puzzled by this. Thanks
got blues jnr back today after it has been converted to a harp amp by Steve Rowse in uk. Even with my very limited experience it sounds great. He has fitted a line out to allow me to connect to pa and use the amp as a monitor.

Anyone use a wireless mic set up, I have a Bullitini mic with a Fender Blues Junior IV but would like to go wireless without losing tone being in the UK frequencies allowed may be different, but would like to know what systems work
Hey, I just recently bought a harmonica and am very excited to dive in and start learning how to play it. I have started the introductory courses on this page, but I have noticed that David is asking for us to be using an A harmonica for it. I bought a C note MS -Series harp and was wondering if this will have a noticeable effect on my learning. If so is there other resources I should be using? Also one last thing, where is the best place to start on this page? continue reading...
So, I've played the Marine Band, Suzuki Manji, Special 20 and most recently the Rocket. While I really like the Rocket, I just haven't taken to the larger holes and find that they make tongueblocking a bit more difficult for me. I do, however, like the rounded corners and the more open back. So, I've started thinking about customizing my SP20s. My questions are as follows: continue reading...
Ok, so I have considered using my guitar Amps for harp but none of them sound great and by the time I’ve paid out to get one of them modded up for harp, with no guaranteed results for good tone, I think it wise to buy a dedicated harp amp, but which one?
i plan to gig eventually and so want an amp which will do this. I am thinking HarpGear hp50?
or at a more affordable level lone wolf harptrain 40?
I have a room full of amps -- new and old. I've built a couple of my own mods. So no one can accuse me of not being a biased amp fanatic. But over the past few years, I've been moving more and more toward digital modeling and IR profiling, and it's beginning to disturb me that I'm playing less and less of my old classic amps, and more and more finding myself plugging into an FRFR speaker with an amp modeler.
The silent stage movement is really beginning to pick up. Here's an article about the band Chicago's journey toward that world: continue reading...
I was using the "Music Speed Changer" on Android : nice slow down and pitch change, AB repeat is only basic and user friendly.
I am now using "Audipo" on Android : great AB repeat, in fact more like ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQR repeat : first set indexes on the music where you want, then navigate easily to choose the parts that you want to rehearse. The slow down works well to 15% slow, not so good above.
