Hello,
I have a Squeal Killer clone, along with a Lone Wolf Harp Break and a Mooer Anna Echo. I also have a Hohner Blaster HB52 and a Laney Cub 10 (HH speaker). I didn't buy the pedals with this amp in mind, and I don't think I'm fully utilizing them. For gigs where the Laney might fall short (it's great for home and rehearsals), what amps would you recommend?
I'm getting into harmonica tuning and interested in finding a Sjoberg / MasterHarp tuning table. I know there are plans in the works to manufacture these beauties again, but nothing is available at the moment.
Does anyone have a used table they would like to sell? My email is ripstavers@gmail.com

David, some time has passed, I suspect, since you reviewed the Fender Champion 20. Seems that the Fender on sale under that name nowadays is a lot simpler and lacks some of the specifications you pointed out in your review. What would be the updated market name of that model you reviewed?
Hi, we're looking to put together an amplified duo (The Red Devils, Bonny B, and the classics) and I was thinking about some foot percussion, like a stompbox. Any recommendations?
I'm totally new to amplified harmonica and am using a Hohner HarpBlaster HB52. When there is a pause in my playing the mic picks up a residual "ringing" of the reeds. Is this something that isn't really a problem because in the context of a band it would never be heard (like the hum of single coil guitar pickups) or do people use noise gates to knock it out.?Or another likely possibility: I am doing something wrong.
This summer I'll be playing with a small outfit in a bar in Italy. I have sat in with them before, a few years ago, but back then I didn't have a VC on my mic (which I do now, thanks to bluexlab) and I ran through the PA which caused some issues with feedback or general volume. How I wanted an amp then. I still do, to leave the PA for the singer and not run into issues with phantom power etc. continue reading...
