Hello, all. Recently I changed the gain, tone and amp settings on my Micro Cube and now everything sounds the same. Regardless of whether I crank the tone or the gain all the way down or all the way up and regardless of what amp model I choose, all my recordings sound exactly the same, not bad, just without any change or effects. Turn off, then turn on and still no changes at all. Weird.
Hello, all. I record all my sessions in order to gauge my progress. My current rig for recording at home is this: bulletini into a Rolandmicro cube; line out from the Roland into iMac's 3.5mm mic jack; record into garageband on my 2011 iMac.
Ill be ditching my iMac in favor of a MacBook Pro once the new ones come out in October but I'm pretty sure they won't have a line-in for a 3.5mm mic jack As the inputs will likely be limited to usb-c, SD card, and hdmi. Any thought on how I can connect the Roland to the new MacBook? Thanks in advance.
MegaTone is offering a couple one-off small combo amps, built from some scrap amps making them into a compact version of the WEZO ME-18 using our 30 watt circuit. The first offering, made with an Epiphone Gallaxie 10 shell, recovered cabinet with new hardware, has already sold. The version shown below, built into a Fender Blues Jr. shell sells for $2299 and includes a custom Tuki cover, a single ten inch Jensen Tornado speaker, and a weight of just 24 lbs. more details are posted on our website megatoneamps.com
I was looking for a small, portable harmonica case like the Horner Flexcase M, but without neoprene and it's accompanying smell. I also ideally wanted something with little to no branding. continue reading...

Recap: the volume know on my Jt30 was really bothering me so I would just lock it in full position but now thanks to some surgical tubing I can use the volume normally and it is complety out of the way.
He is the link to photos so you get a better idea oh and it looks good too.
Hi everybody. I have an Astatic JT30 that has the volume control on the front like many others and it was always getting in the way. I used to just tighten the screw on the side that holds the volume in one place but I have found a better fix and you can still use the volume control without it getting in the way.
I remove the knob from the pot shaft and slide a piece of surgical tubing about 1/4 inch long over the top. It sticks out only about 1/16 of an inch past the edge of the harp but because it's rubber it's easy to grip to make mic adjustments. continue reading...
