Has anyone purchased a Suzuki chromatic harmonica (specifically a sirius or maret model) off of ebay from one of the japanese sellers? They are available for half of what you would pay from a dealer here in the states, but on Suzuki's website there is a notice not to purchase from any but an authorized US dealer, so I am wondering if these are authentic suzuki models, or cheaper knock-offs. Thaks for any info you might have -

This Wezo ME 18 is a second generation model (new pre amp design, half power switch etc) - not the third generation model. Two Eminence speakers - 10" Patriot and 12" Governor. Wicked sound with lots of power and flexibility to adjust tone. This is the amp model that David used prior to his current third generation Wezo 18. It comes with full set of replacement tubes, stand, manual and cover. continue reading...
I have a Purple Custom powder coated Shure 520 style no tag bullet for sale. It has a very sweet sounding hot 99b86 controlled magnetic element from 1960 inside. Element was previously owned by Kim Wilson. Volume control installed for convenience.
Shure SM57 Unidyne III Microphones are regarded for their durability and ruggedness. This is an older one that was made in the U.S.A. They sound a lot better than the new mexican made 57. This microphone works great as a studio mic and live pick-up mic on vocals, instruments, amplifiers, and favored among drummers to record the snare. The microphone is in excellent condition with only very minor scratches on the body and the previous owner did scratch MK - 32 into the body. continue reading...
One hassle Canadians face compared to mainland Americans is the cost of shipping gear to Canada and all of the associated import costs. I guess it's just not Canadians but the rest of the world though it's a bit grating when you can see the US from my backyard (that was intentionally Palinesque!). Are there Canadians on the site with knowledge of where to obtain harmonica gear in Canada? For instance, I recently came across a Lone Wolf harp pedal distributor near Montreal. Is there a way to get together as a group to share information about gear we may be looking for or have for sale?
I just got a sweet deal on a second-hand Vox AD30VT to use as a harp amp - it was tossed in for free when my husband just bought another guitar. Can anyone recommend settings to use on the Vox for harp, and anything else I should know? I've read that one should avoid using the presets...
Well... after months of R&D, we present the first look at the WEZO DOMINATRIX harp amp - the ultimate arena rig. Is it wrong for the harp player to have 140 watts of power on board? Just ask Magic Dick about that! continue reading...
