G'day Greg, Im not sure if this is the right topic for your forum really but i expect youll have some insight.
I have a 6x8" SJ2. at festivals, big stages where there is a separate system and everything is running to the PA, ive been having a mic on just one of the speakers. (I forgot there is a line out)
Do you think this would have a negative impact vs using the line out? i dont have any feedback concerns, i'm not meaning that angle. i mean on the quality of the signal going to the PA and limiting the FOH sound. continue reading...
I have a Memphis Mini and a Bulletini mic in my wood shed. To get the brake up im after, I turn up the Amp to load the tubes and I do the same to the elament, I have to wear ear plug and its really load.
Witch low output mic would be a good match for my situation. Thank you
I have a sonotone cm10 ceramic mic that I like , but its alittle small to hold, Would the bullitizer work with that? Would be a good option considering how cheap the sonotone mics are.

I really want to learn how to repair my harp-cables (switchcraft screw-on connector 2501F).
I have fixed the "1/4-Inch male" before but never the screw-on part. Is there any instruction books or videos online? If not can someone please explain to me a good method to repair/solder the screw-on part on my cables?
On Sunday I done an end of term harp concert in Soho London. Am I correct in thinking that if you are playing on a stage then you need to hear yourself?? This may be the most silliest question you've ever heard but....
I'm interested in purchasing one of your "Ultimate 545" microphones. I want to use it in a "Tom Ball dou style setting", BTW he said a 545 was his gig mic in Dave's interview. My question therefore is how should I ask you to wire it when I order.
Thanks for Your Time
Dan
P.S.
Here's the link to Tom Ball's interview. He talks about his Shure 545 in the "Equipment: Harps, Mics & Amps" section.
