Hello Dave,

I have a question aout the Laney CUB 10 + Buletini combinaiton.

I have recently equiped myself with those and the combo is really great sounding.

However I am fairly new at setting those up, so I used the recommended settings for the buletini in the Laney review PDF.

But today I have noticed that in the Buletini review there are different recommended settings when usung the same amp.

Harmonica Position

I am searching a new A harmonica for buying it because during my level of achievement #1 I used a C harmonica. It is instructed to buy an A harmonica in 2nd position, but I do not understant what does it mean by 2nd position. How can I know if the harmonica I am buying is in 2nd position? I want to buy this harmonica https://veerkamponline.com/products/hohner-armonica-diatonica-la-m533106... (sorry because the site is in Spanish, but I am from Mexico). I am sure it is an A harmonica, but how can I know if it is in the 2nd position?

I am sure this topic has been covered so if you can point me in right direction to thread or your previous posts?

I guess it's a lot to do with too much tension.  Trying to relax.    I have to stop and breathe.  not sure now if I have too much air or not enough.  I know I am supposed to be breathing just normally and not forcing.

Hi there!

I am a beginner and I love this website!  I attempted to start the Levels of Achievement program today, but I read that I will need an A harmonica.  I purchased a C harmonica, the Hohner Special 20.  Will I be able to use the harmonica I have or do I need to start with an A?  Thanks for your input.

When working on examples 1.5 & 1.6, I have such a harsh transition leading into and out of the 2+,3+,2+ or the 4+, 3.When I watch and listen to David play it, there is a smooth flow leading into and out of those sections. How do I achieve this type of sound?  continue reading...
