Hello leonidas4545. 3+ 3 4 5+ is a pickup to 4 draw. 4 draw is the downbeat of bar 1. 3+ starts on the "uh," or upbeat, of beat 3. To start, you would count in your mind 1 2 3 and then start after 3, but not as late as 4 (when your foot hits the ground again).
