Is there piano and guitar sheet music available for "I Want You with Me"?  I've been playing with a couple of friends and would like to get them the music if possible.

Thanks, Julian

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and Festive Solstice Season David,

Some time ago we had discussed the value of playing harmonica in helping people with chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and other respiratory woes.

I remember that your friend, the respiratory specialist determined that it wasn't particularly helpful.

I thought you might find this article interesting.

Hello,

I purchased a C Harmonica and noticed that in Lesson 1 you said is for an A harmonica. Can I use my C instead?

Thank you,

Rifka Stark

Can I use the D Harmonica for lessons?

Hi David,

I bought a D harmonica because the music store clerk told me it's the most common. He then told me it comes with free lessons. I punched in the code for the free lessons, and the first lesson says to use the A harmonica. Why is the code for lessons on the D harmonica if we're supposed to use the A harmonica? In other words, can I follow through the lessons with the D harmonica, or will it not work? The 30-day lesson trial will expire before I get the chance to get a different instrument.

Thanks,

Kelly

Lesson 1 - Solo Harmonica Study 1, Example 1.4

Hey David!

New student with a question on Lesson 1 - Solo Harmonica Study 1, Example 1.4.

On the last chord where holes 1 and 2 are drawn, Is it ok to use my tongue to block the three hole or should I just move the harp to the left and not use the tongue. I've done both, but didn't want to create a early bad habit if one is preferred for reasons I don't know yet.

I've been really impressed with your teaching style.

Thanks a million!

Used to be my baby - question

Hello David,

I've been working on"Used To Be My Baby" for a couple of months now, I'm getting there with it but still at just over 50% slow as it has been challenging in places. I'm at the stage where I'm playing to the jam track, which really helps me to tune into the other instruments regarding keeping time.

There are a couple areas where I keep tripping up, typically chorus at 1:37 and the harp solo. I have spent a lot of sessions focussing on these areas individually. continue reading...

lvl 1 questions

Hello, David. Have some questions on lvl 1

1. What is the proper way to get rid of expta air on harmonica. I'm especially interested on how to do that in exercises 1.12 & 2.1. There are lots of inhales but almost no exhales or some space in rithm to breathe out :(

2. I can't figure out how should i practice moovment exercises without mastering bending technique, and what percentage of practice time should i spend on them.

Thanks for your time and for the great cource/

Buenas tardes. Estoy interesado en tocar jazz con la armónica. ¿Puedo hacerlo con las diatónicas o mejor con la cromática? Si es mejor con la cromática ¿mejor la de 10, la de 12 o la de 16 para empezar?

gracias por tu ayuda
