Michael Peloquin's House of Cards CD - great smooth sounds!!! Lots of horn lines to steal and delicious harp playing!! He's got it on ITunes so you can catch a 30 sec preview of the cuts there. Very cool stuff!! Michael plays baritone sax and harp as well as doing vocals.

A little different in that there's a full horn line - sax, trumpet, trombone and keyboard in addition to the bass and guitar. Thoroughly enjoyable!!!

I couldn't stand Cyndi Lauper back in the '80s. She just kind of optimized the whole electric "pop" thing going on back then. I actually prided myself on not owning a single Cyndi Lauper album in those days. Then in the '90s, she started her acoustic phase.
