People are always pointing cameras and phones and whatever at me. I just smile and play on, and hope that they tip. Most do. But, I rarely see any photos or footage.

Hi, i just wanted to ask if anybody knows the musical notes or the numbers for the harmonica intro and solos of the song "Southbound Train" by Crosby and Nash. I looked for it everywhere but I couldn't find it, I'd be very grateful. Thanks

I really like his sound, especially on "on the road again", "boogie chillen n.2", "help me" and his "pulling hair blues". don't even have the right vocabulary to describe it but I would sure like to know what did he use and how did he manage to produce that cool (imo) sound.
June 26th, 27th and 28th on our organic farm here in Dunnville, Ontario, three of North America's most talented players will be workshopping for two full days. Andrew Zajac will also be teaching us how to tune and tweak our harmonicas for maximum responsiveness and in tune playing. Meals included fresh out of our farm fields. $400 accommodation first come first serve. Some biletting available still.

So, I trasnscribed it to the lower register. What I found was that I needed a full-step, 3 hole, draw bend to play the phrase. continue reading...
