Hi, I'm wondering how to go about going from the notes as I'm playing now. Songs like Hey Jude for example to go from just the notes which is pretty empty and hollow to build a song with the cords as well so it actually sounds nice. Where would i start with that?
I haven't really found anything like this on the tube

Hi, I’m Jeff from London, UK and I’ve been on here a few weeks now.
There are many vids about playing holes 2&3 all over the web and with good reason. I’d like some help and advice getting consistent and decent tones from the 789 holes. These are stiff, reluctant to move and often need a lot of work so any tips would be appreciated. Is it only me that find these holes a challenge? They just seem so inconsistent in their reaction to airflow. I can get tones that are horribly ear shatteringly squeaky and this is just one hole only. I play Suzuki Manji's
This year's Guitar Center's blues contest (for guitar players) is based on backing tracks (no vocals or lead guitar) of some of Joe Bonamassa's tunes.
They are free for downloading (you don't have to enter the contest) and nicely adaptable for harp (although most aren't my cup of tea)...

Was watching a movie today and Jim Belushi was playing some blues on a harp.... Credits showed it to be a cat named Guy Belsec or something like that, did'nt really catch the last name.. Anybody seen it? Its a good harmonica promotion.. Blues harp all the way through the flick here and there...Check it out..

Hello all. I am fairly new around here. Just wanted to post a video of a little contest I played at Sunday night. It was to raise money for the Raleigh Police Memorial Fund. We had not played together since the academy and the second song was completely unpracticed. I will say that I have a new found respect for those who play through the pa. I couldn't hear anything I was playing. The monitors were pretty spotty. Anyway, we won.
I'm working on "Must Be Jelly" by William Clarke, from the Blowin' Like Hell album. I love the groove, but I haven't been able to find a backing track with the same feel. Anybody have any ideas?
I can change the tempo and pitch, up to a point (the original is in D minor, I think).
