Hey dear people!

I made this topic up, to get in an exchange to hear from your individual learning schedules.

Like: How many times do you learn? How you are using this website? Are you just into the LOA progam or maybe you mix all lessons up?

I think it is really interessting to see how different people are into the instrument and which ways they use to learn it.

I start:  continue reading...

Finding key of songs on albums

Posted Fri, 09/03/2021 - 11:14 by mtnhank

Hello all, I can figure the key of a song, by trial and error, hit and miss, etc. But I wonder, is there a website where one can list the artist, album name, and be given the keys of the songs on the album. There must be such a service.

"I am looking particularly for the key of songs on the John Prine album, In Spite of Ourseves". Thanks for any and all help.

Harp sanitizer?

I've posted this question on a thread on Kinya's Forum page, but thought I'd throw this out for general responses. Has anyone used any of the harmonica disinfection devices out there, like the TurboHarp Bug Blaster or the Seydel Disinfection Bag? If so, what sort of results and thoughts?

Hello Harmonica Players out there,

i kind of struggle with me tone, i think it sounds kind of constricted and something is missing when i compare to other harmonica players.

Here is an example:

I play on a Seydel 1847 in A in the example.

Do you have an ideas how i can get better tone?

thanks and best regards. :)

Piano recommandation

Hey People,

I'm new to teaching harmonica and I've started to think about getting me an keyboard/piano to have something to show when it's comming to music theorie or to visualize some notes. But I don't know really much about keyboards/pianos.

So, my question is:

Is somone out there who could help me choosing a keyboard/piano. How many keys do I need? How many octaves are enough? Do I really need a full range keyboard/piano with 88 keys for excample?

Thank you for your attention. ;)

Greetings

Rouven
