In 2nd position, playing in minor, is it ok to slap 6 blow, 3 blow, 4 blow, 4 draw, 5 draw, etc., even though you would be slapping over "no-no" notes? Also, are pulls with 2 blow, 3 draw, 5 blow, etc, in them off limits too?

Hello David,
I have problems playing amplified, espacially if i wan't to play on the high end like the 4-8 octave. When the harmonica is completely in my mouth, how can I manage to hold the harmonica and the mic and cup it?
Hope you could help me with this!
I just watched the interviews with Steve Guyger and Rod Piazza and they both mentioned Doug Bush and a technique called Curl Tonguing, what is that? Also what about an interview with Doug Bush? Thanks.

Hi, David
First of all thank you for all your publications and this web site! Your schools are favorite for me. You do a great job for all harmonica community!
I have one question about changing from Pucker to Tongue Blocking during the play. We have some dispute with my friend. He told me you play with TB all holes including 2 and 3 and all bends.
In your book "Building Harmonica Technique" you play "Grand Junction Jump".
Could I ask you to describe how do you play phrases like 2 3 4 5+ 6+ and 6+ 5 4 4+ 3 2 2" 1. I see you marked only 4-10 holes with TB mark. continue reading...
