Feels like I should at least say something before throwing out questions.  New person here.  I have been working on Level 1 for about 2 months now.  I am finally getting the second page of "Walk with me" under control - meaning I can actually play it.  Not with the music or anything, but I feel like it is in reach.  My goal is to test by EOM April

I have no musical education, but that is not going to stop me from this goal.  Having a great time, but I fear I will never play that song again once I master it. continue reading...

Hi all,

I'm currently L.O.A. 2 and working on 3.

I've just been through all of the work associated with Acc Study 3 and the study song, wow I'm blown away with the whole realisation of how the chords I IV & V work in relation to the holes and how those chords can be applied to a tune.

Loving the Blues Creepin' Over Me track and I'm going to make that a goal to play at a jam track in the near future with a singer.

This just keeps getting better!!

As the title says, I'd like to hear a song done using a higher key harmonica like F or D regardless of the genre, though I prefer non-blues stuff. :)

So far almost all the harmonica songs I have gathered are in lower keys especially the blues ones, as most blues players seem to totally dislike the upper register of low key harmonicas let alone using a higher key harmonica for entire song. I wonder why is this though? Is it because harmonica doesn't sound good in higher pitches?

and the c scale lay out is c scale but are we not using a A harmonica and four blow a A ?

Hey guys.  Does anyone know of a backing track available in the style of Checkin Up on My Baby by Sonny Boy Williamson II?

I'm a lefty, so I feel that my wawas are much better if I use my left hand; is it alright if I hold my harmonica with my right and use my left for the wawas, I know it's contrary to what is in the lesson but I just want to know if this could cause me any problems in later lessons.
