Hello All;

I d love your grain of salt on this.

I am finishing level one, in one week I ll have ¨walk with me¨ nailed down.

Now, I am very curious about Chromatic harmonica so I was thinking in getting one and fast forward to Level 3 to get a taste of Chromatic and then go back to Diatonic in level 2.

Is it advisable to do this?

Hello Everybody;This is my second week doing the course and I am enjoying it.I have been playing for 6 month using the pucker method so now it is a challenge to switch to the tongue blocking method but i am sticking with for the moment.The harp that used to use was a Marine Bank Classic in C and now for two weeks I have been using a Special 20 in A for the course. continue reading...

Hello Everybody; 

My name is Steve from Switzerland. I have just signed up for the classes. I have been playing for 7 months now.

Here is my question now: I have a big nose, not freakingly big but big enough so that when I hold my Marine Band my nose is always on the way with my fingers. Is that something normal or I am not holding the harmonica well?

ok.  hace to ask what I'm not seeing.  I dowloaded the level 1 pdf for the written portion and I can open and type in it but I'm only seeing a single page with half a dozen or so exercises on it.  

am I seeint it all, or is there more than a single page and I'm just doing something wrong?

I'm working on LOA 2 studies, and I thought I'd give it a go to start to learn to bend yesterday. Like many of you I'm sure, I had no success at all at first, leading me to think "will I ever get it?" I feel with patience and perseverance it'll eventually happen, probably all of a sudden. I'm just curious the amount of time until you had even the smallest success at getting a bent note. Also, what hole on the "A" or "C" harp did you have initial success with? continue reading...
