Hi!

It's been a while since I practiced. I wanted to see what I had left in. I tried to come up with a catchy head. You'll notice some Little Walter licks that I threw in there.

Be safe everyone!

Stormy Weather in E

During these really hard times of late, I find Jerry Portnoy's version of Stormy Weather soothing and relaxing.

I've lately been a bit obsessed over this tune. I tabbed it out and even tried to make a score and accompaniment track in my computer. Finally I found a great accompaniment track in Youtube so I just raised its pitch 1/2 tone to match my A harp.

Hope you folks like it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XReXMu_arW0

My second night playing harmonica. I've been a musician/philosopher/writer/poet. That's the only way I can explain my style I've started picking up. Could you help me understand where this style could be useful?

Hello,

Jam records are so rare from Pros. I found this one on Youtube as a not limited track from 1986. Details of the original are here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzKd0aiaK4c

The harmonica added video is here in best quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUhfYekxqUs

I just tried myself what if I could have jammed with them :-)! I just missed the harmonica from the recording. continue reading...
