Hey everyone!

I was gifted a special 20 harmonica in E for christmas, but I'm having a really hard time finding practice songs for E. There seems to be mostly songs in A and C out there... Any ideas on where to look and/or suggestions on songs I can try to play? :) I'm a total beginner and need all the advice in can get!

Welcome to the site Celina.

Welcome to the site Celina. Unfortunately, the E Harmonica is a very uncommon key of harmonica, and I can't recommend any songs to study that match that key. Luckily, the way the harmonica works, you can play any song on any key of harmonica, so just follow instructions from the lessons, but on your E. The bummer is that your sound will be higher than mine in the lessons, so you won't be able to play along with me (pause the recording and then play what I just played).

A technology solution is to use the Google Chrome browser app “Transpose,” of which a lesson is found here: https://www.bluesharmonica.com/video_practice_tools_transpose_%E2%96%B2%...
This app allows you to loop a section of a lesson video, slow it down, and more importantly for your case, change the key to match your harmonica. You'll need to move the videos up 7 to match your harmonica.

For changing the key of an audio track, you can use The Amazing Slow Downer, of which a lesson is found here: https://www.bluesharmonica.com/practice_tools_amazing_slow_downer

Best wishes on your studies.
