Great rehearsal Ryan - I thought you did really well and wish you well for the concert - knowing you'll do great!! Great tone out of that rig and solid confident articulation!! Looked and sounded like a pro.

Those SJ Sharks should bring you out for in between period entertainment!!

Thanks Hank!

It's been a quick 9 months getting to know these songs; I can't wait to finally hit the bandstand and put my skills to work. Having support from other players like yourself makes this whole experience even more awesome! Thanks as always for the feedback and the compliments!!

Totally rocked it

I have to agree with Hank--you're sounding awesome and its great to see how much you've improved already. You're going to be like an old pro at the concert. Congrats on taking the songs to the next level and performing for people. Break a leg!

FYI--I had some of the same TB issues when bending those fast licks on The Strut and still will go to a pucker for that 2 or 3 draw to be precise. Always something to work on...

Something to work on

I have to agree with you on the 2 or 3 draw, puckering on the bends almost always gets me better tone. As far as TB, the 3 draw bends are slowly getting there, just need more practice and then those formidable 2 draw bends! Thinking I'll keep in TB for the most part since speed is definitely a factor in this tune, then try to make sure I don't get tongue tied when switching embouchure for those more precise bends. Thanks for the comments and support!
