Hello Ultraman,
That song is played with a Chromatic Harmonica. David has lessons for Chromatic starting in 3rd level.Once you learn tongue blocking that song is very doable. I found a YouTube video with tabs for that song. Here you go,

I recommend you start out with level one if your a newcomer, by the way I live in Japan so that's why your post caught my eye.
However I'm not a fan of Ultraman sorry.
