Walk With Me
Hi David,
I've learned Walk With Me, and now I can't find the jam track to play along with?
I thought it was in Ryan Walkers list of lessons. I'd love to have a CD of Walk With Me...
so I could play a-long anytime.
I really like playing this song, but I'm happier with music to go with it .
thank you for help..

I put everything into my PC in downloads sorted by LOA. Songs and jam tracks can then be moved to iTunes. From there a CD can be burned so I can use the tracks in my home theater where I don't use a computer but do have big sound.
Hi David,I'm learning Walk with me and I notice I have the same recurring problem. In the 5th and the 6th chorus, after playin the chord (4-5), I'm having a hard time landing properly on the single note afterwards (whether it is the 5 or 6 blow).
Any tips ?
Thanks
Raz
Hello Raz. My guess is that you're moving too far to the right. When playing the 4/5, and then going to the 5+, notice that you're already on hole 5, so very little movement is required after reducing the size of your embouchure to play just the 5+.
Hi David i have just started the study but i cant find the tabs for Walk with me sorry to trouble you how do i get it.?
Hello billyha3, you can find it here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/tongue_blocking_1 by clicking on tongue_blocking_study_1_-_study_song_walk_with_me.pdf
I am having trouble getting a good note for the 1 draw. I can hit it sometimes but i have real trouble especially coming from a 2 or 3 draw when all I have to do is switch my tongue.
Any pointers?
Thanks David
Hello svensharkey. This commonly comes from the positioning of your tongue behind the tongue block... the middle and back of your tongue. The goal is to have the middle and back of your tongue lowered, this will stop unintentional bending, stalling and squealing.
Also see that you're not using the side of your tongue when tongue blocking... the angle of your tongue when blocking to the left (tongue blocks holes 1 and 2 for example, to sound hole 3) is 11 o'clock. When blocking to the right (holes 2 and 3 for example, to play hole 1) your tongue will be at 1 o'clock.
Lastly, use a light touch... pushing the tongue on the face of the harmonica will commonly cause it to squish into the intended single note hole.
Thanks David
Hello Patricia. You'll find the original and jam track here: http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/tongue_blocking_1
