Dear Mr Barrett,

I would like to unsubscribe before my free coupon comes to an end, but when I try I get a message that says "access denied".

How can I unsubscribe now? Or will I automatically be unsubscribed when my free coupon expires? I do not want to start a monthly subscription after that happens.
