I purchased a harmonica in key of C. I am a complete beginner.  Should I have purchased a harmonica in a different key?

Answer

Welcome to the site robhaynes. You can use your C Harmonica by staring with the C Harmonica Intro lesson on this page http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson. After that lesson you'll want an A Harmonic and G Harmonica.
