Trouble getting a video
Hi David,
I can't get the video "How to Practice a Lick - Part 1" from Joe's lesson 26. All the others work well but this one gives a blank screen.

Dear David,
I've been trying, during 03 weeks,to get the videos about "3 third position study 1" and I only see a black screen. I checked about the others to test and I only see blackscreen. Sometimes I click on the right buttom of the mouse and it says that the video is not downloaded.

The videos on the site are fine. A security setting on your computer is blocking the flow of the videos. Check that there are no restrictions set on your computer (FlashBlock, Net Nanny, etc). Look at the settings on your browsers... you may also want to look at the videos with a different browser... Safari for example if you're using Firefox. If this doesn't fix it, take your computer to a local computer store where an expert can sit down with you and your computer to find what program is causing this.
