From which age a childern will benefit of a stage... considering if to bring my kids with me (and more in general at which age a kid should start to play harp following a method as the one proposed here?)

Will be it possible to attend more then one workshop (lets say your and Filisko one) or the time will overlap?

Answer

A child usually starts an instrument around 7 years of age. I personally don't work with students any younger than 13... that's just my preference. Attending a workshop is best done after some experience playing... be able to play single notes, move around and play basic melodies, etc.

In regards to attending multiple classes... sure, that's not a problem.
