Tongue Blocking - 3 Draw Bends

Hello,

I'm having trouble with 3 draw bending. For the last 10 years of my casual harmonica playing, I always had trouble with and avoided hole 3, whole step bend and step and 1/2 bend. No problem with hole 3 1/2 step bend. With the lower keys, I can kind of get there but KEYS F, C and D, Filisco would shoot me.

Any helpful hints?
