Hi All,

I've just started learning harmonica and have been experiencing left-sided TMJ pain while attempting lesson 1.1 Tongue Agility. Anyone else experience this? Are there any exercises that may lessen the discomfort?

Thanks.

Same problem

I have major TMJ and everything locks up. I've been just trying to practice when I'm not stressed and making sure to constantly stretch my jaw. There really aren't any exercises to do that I've found. It does make it harder just try to do short times playing until your jaw gets used to it.
