Dave, I have just finished my assignment for focus notes. (Improvising 2 ) You told me to move on to Textures. I have made my analysis for the split. My next homework was to make an analysis of my own song that I put together useing Focus notes After looking at my sheet music, and listening to my recording I realize that I didnt hardly do any Textures at all. (I did one flutter, and one bend) . My question is, for my next homework should I re-record my song, and place different textures in each chorus. I would give you an analysis of my song but I AINT GOT NOTHING to make an ANALYSIs ON. That just tells me how boreing my song is, Thanks Dan

Answer

Yes, add textures to your composition. No need to resend right now, you can do that at the end of the dynamics lesson (Improvising Study 3).
