Testing response

How long does it take you to respond to test submissions? I submitted my level 1 test 10/29/18 and haven't heard anything from you. I'm wondering if my files were actually submitted successfully.... I see evidence of my payment, but can't find anything on file submissions.
Thank you for writing Sarkhanmad. Usually one to three days is normal. I was traveling for three weeks and Winslow Yerxa was covering for me. Looking at that date, it's the date that I changed submissions to go back to me. Unfortunately it looks like yours was sent to him, right before the change (he left that day for a teaching event out of the country, so it's most likely sitting in his in-box). I'm sorry for the delay, I will do your submission today.
