Hi David,

I live in UAE, where I don't think I can have the TBT delivered to.

Can you please share a 3d blueprint to have it made locally?

Cheers,

Eugene.

Hello Eugene. Yes, here is a recent post with the information...

And if you've got an empty plastic jug handy ...

If you don't do 3D printing, Joe Filisko has posted on his site his two-page tongue-blocking article from Harmonica Happenings back in 1998, with instructions and illustrations for making a TBT out of the handle of a plastic jug. https://www.filiskostore.com/files/1900363/uploaded/Tongue%20Block%20Training%20Instruction.pdf  My personal suggestions: If you use a plastic jug full of laundry detergent, probably best to thoroughly wash and rinse it before you cut it up for a TBT. If it's an emply whiskey jug, though, probably good not to rinse it at all!
