tablature technical problem

salut david j'ai un petit souci pour obtenir un morceau au début de cette tablature au début juste après le 1 il y a le 4 est il faut le faire en tong bloking car il y a le petit rond au dessus et l'alter alors ? ?on the song gar'y blues tong bloking example # 3and it's just the beginning of the sentence at 1.39 minutes
