Submitting LOA

Hi David,

I have been trying to upload a LOA submission, I have successfully selected the files and they appear on the page. However when pressing submit the upload attempt but then after a long period of time the page refreshes with no details of the download. This hasn't happened before so I don't know if its due to file size,
Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Good afternoon Gareth. Yes, this is usually caused by a file size issue (either the actual size or a time-out somewhere online). You can submit them two files at a time... that usually fixes it (or 1 if it's real large).
