I was wondering if there is any way on the site to view all the students submissions to you after each lesson?

I have noticed after browsing around that you have a file system that looks like we can view our own submissions, I think thats what it is. But was thinking it would be neat to see all the students submissions and even your responses and critiques on them. I know you have one or two students videos as a part of this learning system that we can see but am talking about all students.

Or mabye a section on the site where students can post videos of their progress so other students can critique? Is something like this on the site?

Thanks for your time. Brian Stack

Hello Brian. There is a

Hello Brian.

There is a section for students to publicly post, and that's found in "Share" in the navigation bar.

I do understand the value of what your idea is in regards to making submissions sent to me, and my comments, public. My gut is that a less of the students (maybe a lot less) would submit recordings to me if they knew it was going to be public. I also like the idea of my critique being private... I can speak to the student directly, and know what I say is directed to only them.

Great idea... I will chew on this. Thank you.

Students that may shy away

Students that may shy away from submitting videos if they knew it was going to be public totally makes sense. I didn't think of that when asking my question.

I am a powered paragliding pilot and the pilot forums can be absolutely brutal when posting videos of your launching and landing. In fact I quit the forums because of that. So your right about what you said.

Thanks again..B. Stack

I would hope that our community would be good... the students are very supportive here. Yeah, totally public submissions would be scary. You had a good idea, I see the value in it.
