I just subscribed today and I'm looking forward to all this. Bought a couple harps in A and I've got a mic and software, so I'm good to go!

I have some questions about submissions and fees, though. First I notice it says you can submit anything anytime you want for free.  But for an LOA there's a fee.  What do the free submissions actually do for you?  Do you just give feedback on them or something?

I saw that the LOA 1 fee was $25.  Are they all $25?  And if you fail, do you have the pay the $25 again to resubmit?  Or can you submit pieces of the LOA exam bit by bit and then just pay the fee after you pass?

Hello ACHarper, welcome to

Hello ACHarper, welcome to the site. You can submit any study material to me for review at any time, for no fee. The LOA is a special program that as you pass each level, your achievement is posted on the BluesHarmonica.com website, FaceBook, and a lapel pin is mailed out to you. Because of the extra time this takes on our end, and to cover the cost of the pin and mailing, there's a testing fee. It's $25 for each level, for levels 1 through 3. It's $45 for levels 4-6, $65 for levels 7-9, and $85 for L10 (each level has more material for me to review, thus the higher cost). There is no extra fee's if you need to resubmit material.
