Both my usual vocalist and guitar player in the band I play with were away last weekend when we had the opportunity to play at a local beer festival. I teamed up with the bass player and drummer to play a blues set and as our final number we did an unrehearsed take on Stone Fox Chase. I played the harp parts and the other two provided percussion in the form of spoons and cajon. My wife captured this on her Iphone and I wanted to share it here. I couldn't figure out how to convert the mov file to MP3 to put in the share section (any tips anyone?) so here's a link to our FaceBook page where, hopefully, you can access it. The track morphs into a bit of train chugging stuff I often play as a bit of a harp showpiece as I couldn't think of how else to end it! For me, the sound of the spoons and cajon really bring the song to life- the cajon, in particular, sounds incredible- let me know what you think!

Thanks Hank!

Yeah being in charge of the timing was great. Being an off the cuff thing that had been discussed but not rehearsed made the result all the more pleasing. I'm looking forward to doing more stuff with "Chicken Bone Ched" involved with my band! Thanks for your positive comments!
