thecnially i can play the right notes but i am not sure how to play it with a Meronom

can you please furher explain what do you mean by "Note that the pickup...3+3 4 +5

starts on the "end" of 3 (Upbeat after beat 3).

Also what about the other bars that are diffrent from this 3+3 4 +5 progresion

Hello Moran. There are two

Hello Moran. There are two lessons on how to use the metronome. The first one is a very quick one https://www.bluesharmonica.com/metronome and the other is for both the metronome and rhythm training https://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/rhythm_training.

There can be diffeerent parts to a lick. Some licks just stand alone, and some licks have a lead-in... notes that set it up. For example... if you play 6+ 5+ 6+, with the first 6+ starting on the downbeat of a bar (beat 1). You could play it that way, or have some notes lead to it. You could use the same pickup as Ex. 1.5, which is 3+ 3 4 5+. This pickup happens before beat one. The entire duration of the pickup is 1.5 beats. So... to make sure the 6+ of the target lick is on the downbeat (beat 1), you would count yourself in, saying 1 2 3 and then start your 3+ on the upbeat (what's called the "and," or sometimes the "uh," of beat 3). If you're taping your foot, the upbeat is when your foot is in the air (where the downbeat is where your foot is on the ground).

Work through both those lessons and come back and read this again, you should be good to go after this.
