Solo Harmonica Study 1 - Ex. 1.11 & 1.12
Hi David,
I'm progressing nicely with the Solo Harmonica Study series on the website. I'm about halfway through Solo Harmonica Study 2. I pretty much got Ex. 1.7 (or what I like to call the "James Cotton/Three-Harp Boogie Riff") down (I work on it at least 30 minutes every day). Now, I'm going to have to go back to Solo Harmonica Study 1 and tackle Ex. 1.11 & 1.12, i.e. the chording riff you performed with Gary Primmich in his interview. I need to really spend some time in tackling the breathing pattern and holes 1-2 tongue-switching. It'll take me a few weeks, but I know I'll eventually nail that, too!
BTW, are there still spaces available for the Harmonica Masterclass Workshop in April 2014? I'm planning to bring the family, and we're just budgeting the getting the funds together to register for it. Let me know.
Thanks!
Dutch Martin
