SHS1 Chords

Hello,

Just started SHS1. When chording are you blocking or puckering?

When playing the 4+3+2+ chord are you blocking the 1?

Do you ever tongue block chords?

thank you,

Hello JAGlessons123. When

Hello JAGlessons123.

When chording, your tongue stays off of the harmonica, so no, you will not block hole 1 when playing 2+3+4+.

No, you do not tongue block chords. When you play a two-note combination (like in Walk with Me, Tongue Block Study 1), you will stay in a tongue block, but not for more than three holes.
