solo harmonica study

Can you tell me please in solo harmonika study 2 EX. 1.7 or some others... this is patternes in 12 bars blues....
How to play this patterns if i want to play just this patternes. I must repeat over and over again or i mus put some fills ?

tovarnica, yes, they are in the 12 Bar Blues Progression. You would play it as written the first time around and then make changes that you feel are cool.
