I'm getting this little annoying popup on your website at the bottom right of the screen now that says "Live Support OFFLINE" powered by SNAP or something. It blocks the volume and full screen controls while watching videos. Is this something new? At first I thought it was a virus plug in or something.

what I do is just go to full screen view. Yeah I wounder what that is. if that for the site? or some 1 it trying to get you to put your email and send you spam and try to get you to purchase some thing .

I can't go to full screen

I can't go to full screen because on my netbook screen size the full screen button is blocked by the icon.
