I have very small hands, and am having a difficult time trying to hold the harmonica as shown in the Level One video, and the Hob Bosold video.  Before finding your site, I had developed the ability to single note and bend quite well using the "pucker" method and now I am going back and trying to learn tougue blocking.  I had also developed a personal style of holding the harmonica which gave me an air tight chamber and a good wa wa, but it is not suited for holding the bullet microphone and I am wanting to get to amplification at some point.

I did a site search and forum search under "small hands" and did not find anythng.  Not even any off color jokes. Ha.

Is there any video help for this situation that I missed?

Hello EddieKnoxville. I'll

Hello EddieKnoxville. I'll just answer your question here. The hold I recommend you to use is "The Pinch," allowing the right-hand side of the harmonica to stick out of the right side of your right hand. The key element in regards to a bassy tone while playing amplified, or a muted tone while performing the Wa Wa technique, is to keep your right thumb against your right cheek. Here's a lesson (in addition to the Blues Harmonica Fundamentals Lesson) that can help teach this https://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/cupping_hand_effects
