Slaps on Feelin’ for the Blues

When I play Feelin' for the Blues, I usually add a lot of slaps. For the recorded homework, would you prefer us to stick to the written page?

Thanks. I think I internalized that most single notes from here on out would be slapped and then made a bit of drift from the page as I practiced from memory. I'd like to get it as written for my test recording. I trust you. :-)

You are correct, the general
You are correct, the general rule is to slap. But, Walk With Me (now Feelin’ for the Blues) is a more melodic, pretty song. There are some spots you can use slaps, but with more melodic songs like this we tend to use less slaps.
