Hi David 

working on Feeling for the Bluse study song Level 3 . I remember you saying that the default way to play a single note is with a Slap, Is this noteated on the PDF with a circle above the note .

Hello Tony. Yes, the open circle above the note head denotes the slap. This song defies the default. Feelin' for the Blues (and Walk With Me) is more of a pretty, ballad blues...slaps don't sound as good here. You'll see the slap again in your L4 materials,
