Try these

I had the same issue a while back and believe that I found Shoji's lists here:

https://sites.google.com/site/chicagoblueslessons/home/100-blues-instrumentals

These look very similar to the original, so try a different browser if these don't work out. I can't see the song lists on my iPhone.
