Mr. Barrett,

I got the harp ninja app - nice tool.  With it I notice that every note I play shows up as being sharp.  Some as much as 25% of the way to the next note.  Is this an indication that I'm not holding my mouth right or breathing correctly or ...?  Any ideas?

Hello bbrown1234. It's common

Hello bbrown1234. It's common to see your natural notes (standard non-bend draws and blows) read slightly sharp, so no worries in regards to your technique. 25 cents is quite high though, you may want to contact the program designer to see what's up with that.
