Some very nicely applied techniques in there (warbles). You stay with the groove well and I'm impressed with how well you approach and play this for the length of time you've been playing! Good on you!!

good work sergel

Thank you very much. Actually I didn't improvise, as I'm not yet so skilfull for it. I tried to follow to the original recording (it is from Steve Baker's "Blues Harmonica Playalongs Volume 3"). In the original song Steve played acoustically, I made it with distortion (maybe even too much distortion). Anyway, I would also appreciate opinions about weak points in my performance - there surely must be some, and I should know them for my further works.

Are you lip pursing on this recording? It sounds as though you are as I don't hear any slaps, pulls, flutters, etc., all of which combine to give you a 'fuller' sound. As with us all, I think it's a case of working on your technique to improve and certainly get into tongue blocking if you are not already. Also, this track is quite up tempo- I would work on slower material to develop your playing as it will be easier to absorb the techniques I am referring to

Another way to assess yourself would be to consider how you would describe Steve Baker's performance in terms of technique and tone. How does yours differ and could you work on more effectively replicating his sound in any way?

Thank you Rob for your comments. Actually here I use the both techniques, but you are right - I should have used more tongue blocking advantages like slaps & pulls etc. Thank you very much - your comments and critique are really very important for me.

Great!

Great energy going on here! I'm also unfamiliar with this one but it has that classic 2 4+ 3 2 hook. Great sense of rock improvising too- well played!
