Love this tune and I just started working on it this week myself, so I'm happy to hear how you tackled it. Great job. Nice swinging rhythm and good tone. You're right in that the notes aren't too tricky, but the licks are totally fun and great to have in your back pocket.

Thanks! It's a great tune. The notes aren't terribly hard, but the licks are just great. Great stuff to have in your licks vocabulary. It's cool how McCain took licks from Juke and such and transformed them into his own style. I think you'll really enjoy working on it - I sure did.
Listening to my recording again, I think I slathered too much echo on in GarageBand. Oh well.
