1st time I've had a listen and very impressed! Many students on the site, myself included, aspire to achieve the vibrato and tone you illustrate so well here. Where's your next upload?!!

Thank you for your comments

Thank you so much for your comments. I will take them into consideration. I agree with you David, the V IV I needs some work.
I will post a new recording in a few weeks.

like to hear the use of 6 overblow its a note that wasen,t used very much in the past.. by blues artist. good chops and tone. leave a little space in there for backin to come through. your on the right track, I enjoyed your playing.

Solid tone coming out there!! - low end stuff really growls and shakes are working well. Love the 'definiteness' of your playing and the way you attack and finish off notes. The repetition licks work well in many places but can get to be a habit that is too predictable (IMHO). Vibrato and tremolo show a polish to your tone that is sweet. Man, if this is from some time ago, I can hardly wait to hear some of your current work!!

Nice tone. I can tell you've worked hard at knowing your I Chord blues scale... it's worked well for you. Great idea to use 1st Position movement on the IV7 Chord. This is the next step for you... to make the IV7 and V7 Chords shine... be more purposeful. You have moments of it, like the IV Chord idea just mentioned, and the cool V Chord lick at 2:36 (3rd Position inspired).

Where to start... focus on your V-IV-I's... measures 9, 10 and downbeat of measure 11. Great players use note combinations relative to the chords they're over. For the V7 Chord it's 1 2' 3" 4+ 4 and the IV7 Chord it's 1+ 2+ 3+ 3' 4+. Take a look at Bending Study 5, "Half Steppin'," this is a BIG part of that study... focus on those V-IV-I licks and you'll be moving from a real good player to becoming a great player!

Cool stuff - I like the deep bluesy bends, the strong vibrato and the tone. Like the head too - especially how you roll off notes.

I really enjoyed the dark and bluesy quality that you consistently carried through this piece. If this is a recording "from some time ago" I would love to hear your current playing. Clearly you have been moving around the harp for some time now.
