Also, have you checked out the improvisation lessons? It sounds like you have - there's a lot of cool repetition of ideas. I think looking at the focus notes lessons would help too - keep the repetition, which works well, but build in the feeling of moving up the harp for intensity.

Don't dismiss it! There are some cool rhythmic and melodic ideas in here - and you've got a strong sense of the groove throughout. Also like bends around 2:30.
