I play CX-12 too. It was my first, second and 3rd chromatic in the row ( well, I did buy some cheap chromatics in Spain and somewhere else I don't remember where too. 

BUt i stick with CX-12, despite it will need some fixin.

It's buzzin at 2 reeds.

Haha it's jazzier than I normally play and a bit more country too somehow! I Like the sound of the CX12 a lot though I need to woodshed the chromatic a lot more. Would love to hear your version sometime
