Hi Dave,

I'm struggling a little with my shakes, (and I don't mean alchohol withdrawal haha). Is there a tutorial on them, or is it simply a matter of finding my way?

All sorted.  I found that I

All sorted.  I found that I was moving my hands and shaking my head which had the effect of cancelling the shaking pretty much.
